Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study preferred.
  • Experience in managing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and collaborating with in-house creative and cross-functional partners.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, passionate about targeting key audiences and driving leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning to execution, analysis, and optimization.
  • Develop compelling campaign assets, including copy and messaging, and collaborate with creative teams to create visuals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Test and iterate on campaigns to identify the most effective tactics and channels for achieving growth objectives.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all campaign touchpoints.
