Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• Preferred experience in federal contracting, business development, or a related field.
• Interest in government consulting and business development.
• Strong research and analytical skills, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the RP Growth pipeline in our CRM: Ensure that the information tracked is accurate and up to date; work with members of the Growth Team to ensure progress.
• Identify, research, and evaluate new business opportunities using various tools.
• Document findings and present research in team meetings.
• Support solutioning and partnering discussions and prepare materials for discussions.
• Assist in proposal development, gathering materials, formatting, and reviewing.
• Organize capture activities and centralize information from deal owners.
• Maintain documentation and tools used in growth processes.
• Assist with meeting scheduling, preparation, and follow-ups.
• Manage major IDIQs and GWACs, monitoring opportunities and overseeing Task Order distribution.
• Prepare reports and present updates in meetings as needed.
