Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management in a high-growth, technology environment.
• Successful management of complex projects and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented and process-oriented with an automation mindset.
• Some familiarity with HR benefits leaders is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support new and existing Carrot customers for the Mid-market segment.
• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction, while growing ACV and member engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR benefits leaders.
• Communicate the value of the Carrot product and respond to customer inquiries.
• Develop customer success strategies and best practices.
• Proactively identify opportunities for expanding customer relationships.
