Requirements:

• 1+ years of related experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with daily deadlines.
• Available to work overtime as the need arises.

Responsibilities:

• Review and release daily funding to small business customers.
• Identify and apply cash payments.
• Investigate discrepancies and payment rejections.
• Verify and reconcile internal applications on a daily basis to ensure funding aligns with Salesforce.
• Work on operational projects as needed.
• Provide support for collections and sales teams.
• Assist in accounts payable and purchasing processes.
• Help senior accounting assistants with month-end close tasks.
• Prepare reporting for the accounting manager.
