• Ability to translate customer issues into RELEX-based solutions.
• System configuration capability.

• Knowledge or desire to learn about industry sectors.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to communicate advanced logic to a broad audience.
• Willingness to work within ambiguity and drive improvements for customers and internal processes.
• Comfort with travel across the US and Canada when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage hands-on business experience, industry knowledge, and supply chain expertise to conduct discovery and drive innovation with prospects.
• Create tailored demonstrations of RELEX capabilities using deep solution expertise and configuration skills.
• Provide thought leadership, working with business leadership to align retail planning and supply chain strategy.
• Understand a prospect's needs and assemble suitable demonstrations.
• Assist in creating Proof of Concepts and influence approach and configuration as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Professional Services, Central Presales, and Product Management.
• Interact with clients and present to prospective audiences.
• Develop and customize sales materials.
