Requirements:

• Master’s degree with licensure (ie. LCPC, LCSW) or licensed Psychologist
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong Excel skills; PowerBI is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day coordination of staffing/resourcing
• Manage follow-up needs for case management/patient engagement
• Lead daily admission operations
• Support in customer service issues
• Complete intake assessments as needed
• Onboard and coordinate training of Intake Clinicians
