• Fluency in English (upper-intermediate or higher) and Russian.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of developing and managing a structured relocation program.
• Provide tailored support for individual relocation needs.
• Identify optimal relocation locations considering multiple factors.
• Gather feedback on initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Enhance internal communication with structured documentation.
• Oversee relationships with vendors and ensure smooth relocations.
• Assist in defining frameworks for career progression and support performance evaluation processes.
