• At least 2+ years of experience working with operational systems.

• Strong project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in business application software such as Monday.com, Quicksight, and Google Workspaces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Credentialing and compliance coordination.
• Provide support in counselor recruitment, including report generation, needs monitoring, communication, and scheduling.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new counselors, including training and periodic check-ins.
• Monitor and track professional development for counselors.
• Manage counselor support requests via Helpscout.
• Coordinate scheduling and bookings for the department.
• Handle payroll adjustments and manage counselors’ platform status.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records related to clinical operations.
• Assist with operational tasks like contracting and invoicing.
