Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred in Product Management, Analytics, or Strategy.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record in improving key product KPIs.
• Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or workforce planning is required; healthcare staffing preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
• Proven ability to develop and execute A/B testing roadmaps.
• Experience with product discovery techniques including qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Experience working with US companies is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the job discovery and matching experience to improve clinician engagement and satisfaction.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine search algorithms for personalized job recommendations.
• Develop and execute A/B testing roadmaps to optimize product performance.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to meet product requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to align product development with business goals.
• Monitor key marketplace metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
