Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, Agile methodologies, or Scrum Master roles;
  • Strong background in software engineering with hands-on development experience;
  • Experience managing software delivery across distributed/offshore teams;
  • Experience in gathering, clarifying requirements from customers;
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC);
  • Solid understanding of Scrum practices, values, and principles with hands-on experience;
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally);
Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the successful delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met;
  • Establish and maintain delivery roadmaps in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders;
  • Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to enable smooth software releases;
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement;
  • Gather and refine requirements for cross-team implementation efforts;
  • Coordinate software release approvals with stakeholders;
  • Assist in defining and managing user stories across various initiatives;
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and plans, ensuring transparency;
  • Coordinate development work across engineers, QA, analysts, and other team members;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and implementing best practices to optimize team performance;
