Strong knowledge of project and program management methodology and KPI analysis.
Solutions-oriented, with the ability to work tactically and strategically.
5-7 years of project and/or program management expertise.
5-7 years of data analysis and process optimization experience.
Experience in the telecommunications industry, understanding network operations, engineering, and delivery processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
Superior oral and written communication skills.

Daily program/project management throughout the program life cycle.
Plan the overall program and monitor progress.
Own overall project plan and manage cross-functional resources to ensure on-time delivery.
