Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent via education and/or work experience.
• 5 years in a direct client-facing position in the industry segment.
• Demonstrated success leading project teams in a technical industry.
• Proven experience in business development related to multi-million-dollar projects.
• Strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and contacts.
• Excellent personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and a CRM tool.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of committed and capable employees to ensure successful execution of the sales strategy.
• Set and implement the strategy to deliver order commitments.
• Conduct market research and forecasting to grow the industry segment business.
• Develop relationships with purchase influencers within client organizations.
• Coordinate with domestic and international contacts to secure necessary resources.
• Establish and manage a market strategy for the industry vertical.
• Create proposals and conduct business presentations for clients’ executives.
