Product Designer (Remote, Full-time)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team; collaborate well and give (and receive) constructive feedback.
• Strong background in UI design, including both visual and interaction design.
• Experience with data-driven, user-centric design.
• Deep understanding of the design process.
• Proficient in Figma or other design tools.
• A portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills and the impact of your work.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise-level products.
• Experience conducting or contributing to usability testing.
• Familiarity with AI and its impact on user experience design.
• Familiarity with HTML/XHTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Knowledge of motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team, customer success team, and other stakeholders to align on business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user testing and research. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on research findings to develop innovative, user-centered design solutions.
• Design visually compelling elements that evolve the existing design system and maintain consistency across products.
• Identify and resolve issues using design heuristics and best practices, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, continuously developing UX design skills and growing within the role.
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members, stakeholders, and users, fostering a culture of collaboration and iterative improvement.
