Requirements:

• 7-10 years of professional experience in a product marketing role in B2B SaaS.
• Experience as a first product marketer across multiple industries is preferred.
• Proven success in product marketing for SaaS, particularly in hybrid sales-led models.
• Experience driving growth at vertical SaaS companies from $5M to $30M ARR.
• Ability to adapt to new vertical markets.
• Consultative mindset combined with hands-on operational experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Join ASG's product team and develop a repeatable Product Marketing playbook.
• Define target segments and buyer personas.
• Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
• Establish tools to measure impact.
• Develop sales and customer success enablement materials.
• Elevate product launch processes and create go-to-market strategies.
