Executive Search Recruiter (Russian and English fluency required)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle at the executive level, especially for senior positions and C-suite (at least 3-5 years).
• Expertise in executive search techniques and a strong network of contacts in the iGaming and Fintech industries.
• Deep knowledge of executive recruitment strategies, assessment methods, and selection techniques.
• Ability to conduct structured competency-based and behavioral interviews for high-level candidates.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle at the executive level, from sourcing to offer negotiations for senior positions and C-suite.
• Developing and implementing strategic search plans to attract passive candidates using networking contacts, referrals, and executive search platforms.
• Conducting thorough and structured interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and leadership potential of executive-level candidates.
• Creating and maintaining a talent pool of executive-level candidates for future hiring needs.
