Requirements:
- 6-8 years of Civil Government Sales experience in Poland.
- Fluent in Polish.
- Deep understanding of Polish public procurement processes.
- Knowledge of value Governmental agencies gain from Earth Observation.
- Strong existing network of contacts in Poland.
- Experience in public tender processes.
- Excellent sales background with practical understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the sales pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Government Sales team and Leadership.
- Run marketing campaigns to attract new opportunities.
- Generate contacts with a Sales Development Representative.
- Develop business relationships and manage customer expectations.
- Engage qualified prospects and navigate procurement obstacles.
- Manage the contracting and Government procurement process.
- Ensure cohesive efforts with pre-sales staff during product demonstrations.
- Work closely with post-sales and customer success teams for onboarding.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate in creating customer-facing presentations and proposals.
