• Experience with change management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Workday process flows and workflow management platforms.
• Experience in multinational environments and understanding of global HR compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Professional certifications like Six Sigma, PMP, or CBPA/CBPP/CBPL are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an HR Workflow Transformation Roadmap based on annual priorities.
• Optimize HR process workflows by mapping and streamlining workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain a library of HR process documentation.
• Lead value stream mapping to identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure governance and compliance with HR laws and data privacy.
• Enhance process metrics and analytics with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on HR trends and technologies to foster innovation.
