Requirements:

Degree or experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, sales, or human resources, particularly in mental health.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

Recruit therapists (LMHCs, LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs) and mental health coaches (ICFs).
Develop, implement, and execute strategies to achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Oversee the end-to-end provider recruitment process for efficiency.
Organize and manage interview schedules.
Respond to candidates' questions professionally.
Utilize interview processes to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Maintain quality and compliance standards for recruited professionals.
Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists and Onboarding team.
