Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a manager of managers.
• 8+ years of experience in people management.
• 10+ years of experience in travel nurse recruiting.
• Experience leading departments of 30 or more team members strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and strategic direction to Advocate Leads, empowering them to manage and inspire their teams effectively.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to align individual and team goals with company objectives while identifying and removing obstacles.
• Lead hiring efforts for team growth by 20-30 Advocates this year.
• Evaluate and refine processes and workflows for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Act as a key contact for resolving high-priority issues within the Advocate team or escalating challenges.
