Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve client issues, vendor errors, and shipping discrepancies promptly.
- Review client orders for accuracy and completeness and assess delivery timelines.
- Schedule follow-ups for special-action orders ensuring on-time shipment.
- Maintain and update the Work-in-Progress (WIP) dashboard for accuracy in delivery dates.
- Participate in sales team and vendor meetings, sharing updates and insights.
