Requirements:
  • Ideally located in a CST/EST timezone.
  • At least 5 years of customer-facing marketing and communications experience in B2B enterprise software.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills with a solid understanding of content marketing and customer advocacy.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with proactive communication.
  • Establish strategic customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Demonstrated success in similar roles with a good track record in strategic customer programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Work hand-in-hand with GTM leadership in AMER to establish regional reference needs.
  • Build relationships with the frontline AMER sales team to influence customer advocacy.
  • Source and manage customer advocacy pipeline for case studies, guest blogs, and video testimonials.
  • Engage with senior-level customers to develop reference relationships.
  • Collaborate with content and social media teams to create customer assets.
  • Partner with AMER Regional Marketing teams to support their programs.
  • Travel to first-party events and gather peer reviews.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Customer Marketing counterpart to support global needs.
