Requirements:

• First-year Master's in Accounting or Finance students preferred.
• Full-time student graduating between December 2025 - Spring 2026.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with advanced data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.
• Passion for Airbnb's mission and product; experience with the platform is a plus.
• Work authorization for employment in the United States required (CPT/OPT accepted).

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Accounting team on ad hoc projects related to the accounting roadmap.
• Maintain a 3-day OPEX close and update the Smartsheets dashboard for the general ledger team.
• Reconcile travel transactions and assist with month-end accruals and journal entry completeness.
• Support Finance Transformation team in process optimization and project management.
• Build metrics and assist in communication within the finance organization.
