Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience conducting UX research for digital products, focusing on qualitative methods.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Human Factors, Data Science, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to plan and execute user research studies and deliver actionable insights.
• Familiarity with research tools like Dovetail, Userbit, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using existing data sources.
• Experience in creating research outputs such as personas, journey maps, and task flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and presentation abilities.
• Comfort working in a self-directed, fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• Flexibility to work overlapping hours with European and US time zones.
• Experience in healthcare or B2B domains is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing research plans and strategies tailored to client and project needs.
• Collaborate on multi-phase research efforts across multiple projects using diverse methods like interviews and usability testing.
• Analyze existing data to identify gaps and opportunities, support new studies.
• Assist on UX audits to uncover pain points and identify opportunities.
• Create user profiles and other UX artifacts to communicate insights.
• Organize and centralize research findings for accessibility and actionability.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to integrate research-driven decisions.
