Requirements:

• BA/BS preferred.
• 1+ year of Salesforce recruiting experience required.
• Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable and confident on the phone.
• Competitive and goal-oriented with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic.
• Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand hiring needs.
• Participate in full life-cycle recruiting, including pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing applications.
• Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas.
• Utilize standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Implement ideas and strategies for future company growth.
• Maintain job posts and assist in creating standardized job descriptions.
• Create and send candidate offer letters.
• Coordinate with practice leads to ensure positive candidate experience.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
