Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a team is strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge and practical application of Salesforce: Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components, Force.com APIs, and SOAP and REST Web Services.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform functionality/concepts and the ability to present these to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator and integrating with other applications.
  • Experience configuring/implementing Salesforce CPQ.
  • Desirable experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, CRM Analytics, and Omnistudio.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices for solution implementation.
  • Ability to work with Cross-organizational teams for project requirements.
  • Experience in designing solutions with emphasis on usability and code complexity minimization.
  • DevOps Tools Experience (Github, Flosum, Copado) is good to have.
  • Basic to medium-level skills in Object-Oriented Programming or JavaScript.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin, PD1 (preferably), PD2 (great to have), and Platform App Builder (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of development and support of GP’s Salesforce, including the data model, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, and custom code.
  • Solve complex problems and develop solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce pages, and configurations to support critical business functions.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to build technical solutions based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical application support issues for internal teams.
  • Develop best practices for integration, application deployment, and testing.
  • Work with global teams to meet critical deadlines and mission goals.
  • Identify and implement long-term improvement opportunities for user experience and application performance.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure solutions meet functionality and performance needs.
