Power BI Analyst/Developer

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
• Strong knowledge of report design and development best practices.
• Experience in automating workflows using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, database management, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, best practices, and advanced analytics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data services (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for automation tasks is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Power BI solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing reports for performance and user experience.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and develop automated ETL processes.
• Create and maintain robust data models and conduct complex data analysis.
• Collaborate with business users and provide ongoing support and training.
