Requirements:

• Strong content delivery knowledge and 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in creating, developing, and presenting content to clients.
• Demonstrable success in on-site and/or off-site SEO.
• 1+ years of experience managing team members.
• Experience with various types of site content (landing pages, email, e-books, etc.).
• Good understanding of how other marketing channels optimize together.
• Confident and authentic communicator with a focus on quality.
• Passionate about growing knowledge of peers.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Help to shape and oversee delivery of SEO/content work for clients.
• Define objectives of work, measure success and impact.
• Manage workload of the delivery team.
• Generate and promote new concepts for clients.
• Contribute to developing SEO best-practice roadmap.
• Act as a point of escalation for client teams.
• Lead and mentor others across the practice.
