• Advanced level of English and Spanish – fluently speak and write.
• Ability to grasp new information quickly and focus on results.
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks and handling stress with ease.
• Strong sense of empathy.
• Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Take calls and provide initial advice to B2B partners in Spanish.
• Keep partners informed about ongoing cases and provide regular updates.
• Assist other operation teams with communication in Spanish.
• Respond to information requests from B2B partners.
• Document all work in the CRM system.
