Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the iGaming industry in a leadership position.
• Understanding of market specifics, including interactions with game providers, licensing, and regulation.
• Strong skills in establishing and managing international partnerships.
• Leadership qualities and a proven track record in successfully managing teams.
• Fluency in English and Russian.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a growth strategy for the iGaming division.
• Identifying new market opportunities, including launching new products and expanding geographical presence.
• Building and executing a strategy for scaling the business.
• Establishing and nurturing partnerships with game providers, payment systems, and platforms.
• Participating in industry events to expand the network of contacts and promote the brand.
• Leading the business development department and participating in the recruitment of key employee.
• Coordinating the implementation of new technologies and solutions to improve user experience.
• Monitoring trends in the iGaming industry and conducting competitor analysis.
• Developing revenue forecasts and managing budgets.
• Participating in budget planning and financial forecasting.
• Evaluating the economic efficiency of projects.
