Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success-related role.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of online software (SaaS) services and technology-based solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) preferred.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Data-driven with an appreciation of organization and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive adoption of Veritone in the customer organization, including technical assistance, training, demos, platform evangelism, and customization assistance.
  • Manage the onboarding experience for customers, delivering group training and one-on-one sessions.
  • Become the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with other teams to resolve issues.
  • Take ownership of each customer’s success and ROI with services.
  • Build strong relationships with users and sponsors.
  • Respond to customer questions and requests promptly.
  • Maintain portfolio analytics and create reports.
  • Solicit customer references and referrals.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to communicate customer needs.
  • Manage customer renewal process and identify upsell opportunities.
