Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
• 3+ years of experience with ETL tools like Talend, Informatica, or Apache Nifi.
• Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
• Familiarity with ETL patterns and best practices.
• Experience with AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory.
• Strong problem-solving skills for debugging complex workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data across diverse systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and performance.
• Build data integration workflows using tools like Talend, Informatica, or Apache Nifi.
• Perform data validation, profiling, and cleansing.
• Implement data integration best practices and troubleshoot issues.
• Document data flows, processes, and technical specifications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
