Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management within a pharmaceutical agency.
• Experience with direct client contact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and flexibility.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communications with team members regarding initial and ongoing project information.
• Assist Client Services to identify opportunities for organic growth within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate pitch presentations and requests for proposals.
• Act as lead point of contact for assigned projects within client accounts.
• Implement projects to ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Support project management by developing timelines, monitoring milestones, and identifying project red flags.
• Drive daily project activities and manage project scope.
• Coordinate content planning meetings with experts.
• Conduct daily client communication, prepare contact reports, and summarize next steps.
• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process for promotional items.
• Contribute to client proposals, budgets, and financial reporting.
