Requirements:

• Economic education.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Understanding of accounting principles and double-entry method.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Understanding the essence of figures in turnover, account analysis, and balance sheet.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English.
• Native Russian.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting of settlements with suppliers for all group companies.
• Checking and controlling the availability of suppliers' documents.
• Collecting and archiving all suppliers’ documents.
• Checking settlements with suppliers and reconciling accounts.
• Preparation and submission of a report on debtors/creditors monthly.
• Checking bank transactions and reconciling bank account balances.
• Collecting and archiving all bank statements.
• Participation in preparation/optimization and automation of accounting in ERP systems.
• Communication with cross functional departments and external audit companies.
