Requirements:

• Experience coordinating directly with kids and/or families, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
• Excellent organization, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and a desire to join an early-stage, rapidly-growing organization.
• Passion for helping historically underserved communities access mental health services.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

• Educate students, families, and school staff on Cartwheel's services.
• Manage scheduling for Cartwheel's care team, working directly with clinicians, students, and families.
• Gather feedback from students and families, and collaborate with leadership to enhance services.
