Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring great talent.
• Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment, with experience recruiting master's level therapists preferred.
• Ability to quickly build authentic, trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools; Cartwheel uses Greenhouse and Gem.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Ability to regularly interview candidates in Central through Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Own full cycle clinical recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner with hiring managers to advise and support their corporate hiring needs.
• Play a critical role in developing and executing a multi-state recruitment strategy.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and contribute to diversity hiring initiatives.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
