Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED required, some college preferred.
• 1-3 years customer service experience.
• 3-5 years data entry experience.
• 1 year in customer service, administrative, or operational roles.
• Must have and express a sense of urgency when dealing with colleagues and customer concerns.
• Intermediate organizational and communication abilities.
• Computer literate with proficiency in office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, and concerns.
• Utilizes operational system to process service requests promptly.
• Updates client information and maintains accuracy in the corporate database.
• Ensures proper billing methods and service protocols are followed.
• Notifies partners of account changes and compiles Service Program materials.
• Processes customer account changes and escalates concerns as needed.
• May assist in mentoring new colleagues.
