Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales engineering, technical support, systems engineering, or other technology-focused roles
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability for work

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all ButterflyMX products
  • Assist other team members from sales, technical support, success and others by solving technical and installation questions about our products
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to provide voice of the customer feedback on our products and technology partnerships
  • Work with the management team to define and execute strategies and process improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members on technical documentation and initiatives prioritized by management
  • Manage technical support escalations across all ButterflyMX hardware devices along with 3rd party integrated products
  • Provide on-site technical subject matter expertise in support of both pre and post sales efforts, with up to 50% travel required
  • Cultivate open communication with customers and business partners to identify opportunities for improved processes and methodologies
