Requirements:
  • Work experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent English skills (both written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work Eastern Time zone hours.
  • Strong ability to work independently and possess strong organization skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint).
  • Must own a computer (desktop/laptop, PC or Mac is acceptable).
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain contractor and employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Schedule new hire orientations, training sessions, and other HR-related meetings.
  • Assist with payroll by ensuring all employee timecards are approved and consultant invoices are completed properly and timely.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Generalist.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
