Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement with a focus on lighting, solar, EV, EC motors, or electrical items.
• Strong understanding of product specifications, market trends, and supplier capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional customer service skills, particularly in a B2B context.

Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and select suppliers for lighting, solar, EV, EC motors, and electrical items based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, product innovations, and supplier performance for improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
