• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of ownership and business acumen.

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business unit economics impacting product strategy.

• Good understanding of sales team workflows and CRM tools like Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, own and execute the product roadmap for the Sales Experience team.
• Optimize tools and processes that empower the sales team and enhance customer outcomes.
• Work closely with Sales teams, Engineers, and cross-functional teams for dynamic prioritization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor tools and workflows for customers and Sales Teams.
• Own and grow key product and business metrics, including sales team productivity.
• Continuously improve the product based on business goals, customer feedback, and data insights.
