Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within transportation, construction, engineering, procurement or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close deals with an annual value of $500k+.
  • Experience navigating complex sales processes, including RFP submissions and negotiating MSAs.
  • Strong skills in building rapport with stakeholders at multiple levels within target organizations.
  • Ability to think strategically about prospecting, sales motions, and account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and build relationships with key decision makers in target verticals, positioning CharterUP as the trusted provider for group transportation services.
  • Design and implement strategic outbound sales motions tailored to enterprise-level clients across key sectors.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including navigating complex procurement processes.
  • Manage complex sales cycles by securing MSAs with large entities.
  • Collaborate with account management and operations teams for exceptional post-sale service.
  • Grow revenue within portfolio by cross-selling services and increasing wallet share.
  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers to drive platform adoption.
  • Master the platform for effective demonstrations to prospects.
