• Prior experience with CRM software.
• Excellent internet for video calls.
• Ability to work on the US time zones.
• Excellent English, including understanding of a wide array of idioms, assessed via written, phone and video tests.

Responsibilities:

• Extract details on inbound leads to equip the sales team for demo calls.
• Analyze lead details and follow qualification flow charts for lead evaluation.
• Identify and research potential outbound leads using various tools and databases.
• Manage and organize sales data, ensuring accuracy, and create reports for the sales team.
• Perform administrative tasks such as drafting emails, scheduling, and maintaining records.
• Conduct market research to analyze target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
• Support the sales team in generating revenue through sales presentations and coordination with other departments.
