Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 2 years prior sales-related experience and customer service.
• Understanding of Best Buy, Target, and Walmart retail accounts.
• Technical knowledge in the Consumer Electronics (CE) industry is a plus.
• Intermediate experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and solve issues.
• Adaptable to fast-paced retail demands.
• Strong work ethic with high energy and initiative.
• Highly detail-oriented and precise in work.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and a problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Handle everyday needs of retail accounts.
• Generate retail sales reports and inventory analysis.
• Create FCA (Retail Rebates) entries in Salesforce and Excel weekly.
• Manage retail sales collection and reporting in Excel weekly.
• Process FCA claims from the retailer portal and emails in Salesforce and Excel.
• Accrue monthly rebates based on FCA creation.
• Create quarterly distribution SPA in Salesforce.
• Work directly with retailers and distributors.
• Manage new item setup process proactively.
• Maintain retail pricing model, including promotions.
• Coordinate promotional activities and monitor results.
• Track customer inventory and sell-out reports weekly.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Track execution of promotional activities weekly.
• Collaborate with marketing for retailer assets online and in-store.
• Manage claim creation and escalation of issues.
• Perform other assigned duties.
