Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in Industrial Sales.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing customers and pursue new business in a targeted geographic region.
• Expand market share and enter new industries with innovative Motion Control products.
• Collaborate with distribution partners for training and joint strategy development.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve closing performance metrics.
• Provide timely CRM updates and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Share market trends insights with management.
