Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building, managing, and mentoring security teams.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing security frameworks and policies.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Data-oriented with a background in security strategies, metrics, and performance measurement.
• Experience leading security initiatives and prioritizing security programs.
• Deep knowledge of data security, encryption, access controls, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with incident response, crisis management, and threat modeling.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., CIS, SOC2) and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of security engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Identify and implement foundational security tools to enhance security.
• Develop and maintain security strategies, policies, KPIs, and budgets.
• Drive compliance with CIS, SOC2, and GDPR through security audits and improvements.
• Lead incident response efforts and maintain the incident response plan.
• Promote a strong company-wide security culture through training and awareness.
