Requirements:
  • Work experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work Eastern Time zone hours.
  • Strong ability to work independently and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Must own a computer (desktop/laptop, PC or Mac acceptable).
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain contractor and employment records related to hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, or promotions using HR management system software.
  • Schedule new hire orientations, training sessions, and other HR-related meetings.
  • Assist with payroll by ensuring timecards are approved and invoices are completed timely.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
