Responsibilities:

• Lead renewals for the assigned portfolio while understanding budget cycles and funding sources.
• Identify upsell opportunities and build strategic relationships within existing accounts.
• Conduct executive business reviews and in-person meetings to reinforce Panorama’s value.
• Develop comprehensive account plans using KPIs to track client engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Utilize metrics for decision-making and prioritize account activities.
• Maintain proactive communication and document client interactions.
