• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in a SaaS company; Fintech experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of messaging, product marketing, and management.
• Solid qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Effective presentation skills for internal and external communications.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Charismatic, engaging personality with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clear value propositions, positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging for product launches.
• Create go-to-market plans, customer segmentation, and marketing programs for new products and features.
• Orchestrate processes with multiple stakeholders for timely product communications.
• Collaborate with teams to develop product roadmaps and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Work with customer marketing to encourage feature adoption.
• Ensure marketing assets are updated with current product messaging and images.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to gather customer feedback for product planning.
