Requirements:

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or program management, particularly focusing on operational improvements.
• Experience in healthcare insurance or healthcare systems is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project is required.
• Strong operational management experience is necessary.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging all stakeholder levels.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a sense of urgency.
• Analytical thinking and ability to present information succinctly for executive audiences.
• Expertise in creating executive-level presentations using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Lead program management and operational excellence initiatives within the healthcare industry.
• Create engaging and high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive communications with quick turnaround times.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and deliver strategy, planning, and roadmap documents.
• Consolidate information and plans from various departments into meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Actively engage in program management, understanding workstream project plans and contributing to all work areas.
