Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Passionate about sales and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with potential customers.
• Highly coachable with a growth mindset and strong desire to build a career in sales.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with or willingness to learn Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Apps.
• Preferred: Internship or project experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or outreach platforms (Outreach.io, ZoomInfo).
• Exposure to the SaaS industry, B2B sales, or business communication tools.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers, supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos to introduce potential customers to TextUs.
• Learn and apply best practices in sales outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Track and manage pipeline activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Product team.
• Work closely with experienced Account Executives to refine sales strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to understand B2B SaaS sales and support marketing efforts.
