Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Passionate about sales and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers, supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to introduce potential customers to TextUs.
  • Learn and apply best practices in sales outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Track and manage pipeline activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Product team.
  • Work closely with experienced Account Executives to refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to understand B2B SaaS sales and support marketing efforts.
